DBT for Everyone

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy offers skills that are exceptional for dealing with a crisis or moments of severe emotional dysregulation. These skills, however, are beneficial for all of us and can offer a structured, learning format to therapy sessions that many clients are seeking. For clients who may not need or may not be eligible for a comprehensive DBT therapy approach, I provide a tailored weekly lesson plan to support clients at they work through the DBT skills manual and practice implementing new strategies to deal with life stressors.

 

Traditional DBT Track 

For those looking for the traditional comprehensive DBT treatment format, I provide weekly individual DBT therapy sessions. I will help you to find a weekly DBT skills groups which you will attend concurrently with our sessions. You’ll complete a weekly diary card, tracking emotional experiences and skill practice. I am also available for coaching calls or texts to provide skills assistance in between sessions in moments you need it most.
